In November 2024, UOL Group and CapitaLand acquired the Thomson View en bloc site for $810 million, which works out to approximately $1,178 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr). This marks the largest residential en bloc deal since Kingsford Group’s acquisition of Chuan Park for $890 million in July 2022.
